Book Buddies

Each Friday our 6th grade class gets to work with our Kindergarten class book buddies.  We help them write their names, write sentences, and read.  They absolutely love it!

All The Fun You Might Have Missed

Our Kindergarten and First grade have been having a lot of fun this year! Kindergarten celebrated the 50th day of school by dressing up in there 50's clothes. First grade had Native American day to celebrate everything they are thankful for. Our teachers here at Mt. Loafer love to make school a fun and an edcational learning place. 

Nebo Education Foundation Grant Awarded to Mrs. Lundquist

The Nebo Education Foundation meets each month to discuss submitted educational grant proposals for students in Nebo School District. One of the goals of the foundation is to fund worthwhile projects in the district that provide resources to enrich student learning. The foundation functions through generous donations made by individuals and businesses as well as fundraisers where all the money goes to educate students in Nebo School District. Thank you to all those that so generously supported Nebo students through donations.

Sub for Santa help available

Christmas is rapidly approaching and at Sub for Santa, a United Way of Utah County program, we are already preparing to help those families who may need assistance this season. Each year we strive to coordinate with schools, churches, businesses, and nonprofit agencies to help families.

Parent Newsletter 12/3/18

Happy December and welcome to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! As always, PLEASE check the calendar for up to date information on the happenings at Mt. Loafer. 

 A HUGE shout out to our PTO on an excellent job with the book fair as well as parents and pastries. Such a fun event and one we love having our families out to participate in. We hope you were able to enjoy yourselves and maybe even get a little holiday shopping done during the last week.
