Read Me A Story!

In Mrs. Grovers’ classroom, a small group of students are seated around a table. Mrs. Grover is seated with them. She appears to be simply watching them read a story. But there’s a powerful strategy at work here. It's called guided reading.

The main goal of guided reading is to foster confidence, proficiency, and foster a love for reading.  Mrs. Grover has met that goal.  Look at the independent readers in her classroom!
