Heidi Whittaker is a Parent Consultant for the Utah Parent Center and is contracted to work specifically with Nebo School District to provide free assistance/resources to parents who have children with special needs in Nebo School District. Her role is to help facilitate communication and assist parents in understanding the IEP Process. She also provides free monthly workshops with Nebo School District for parents.
