Field day will be held on Wednesday, May 24. It's suggested students bring a towel and wear a swimming suit underneath their clothing. Students must wear clothing on top of their swimming suits at all times. We also suggest wearing fast drying attire.
Grades 3-5 will be in the morning.
Grades 1-2 will be in the afternoon.

Good evening Parents and Guardians,
Please read through the newsletter which includes information for wrapping up the school year as well as updates for upcoming road closures.
Congratulations to our Altitude Award winners for the month of April. These kids did an amazing job when it came to believing in themselves!
We also honored our 5th grade students who were selected as Kiwanis Club Terrific Kids for this year. We have such great students as Mt. Loafer!
We have been informed that the county is planning to start on flood mitigation piping on 11200 South in Elk Ridge. This is to get the flood or drainage water into the basin that is partially dug. This will effectively close 11200 South and Loafer Canyon Road in all directions starting in the next couple of days. Please follow the provided link for more information on routes to get to school.
Mt. Loafer's annual Field Day is coming up on WEDNESDAY, May 24th. PTO is looking for 2 adult volunteers for each rotation and time! Please sign up using the link below for any available rotation during the specific time you prefer. Please notice that we are doing Field Day for 3rd-5th grades from 9:20-11:00 am and 1st-2nd grades from 1-2:40 pm. We would be more than happy to have you help with both Field Day shifts but understand if you can only make it to one.
