We are excited for the upcoming holiday of Valentine's Day! Like many things this year we will do our very best to make this holiday experience a good one for all our students. In doing so we need to try our very best to modify the way we handle Valentine Exchange parties, etc. We have put a few simple directions on the attached flyer and are happy to answer any other specific questions- simply ask your teachers!

In order to meet "quarantine and safety" guidelines we would like to have the following happen for our small class exchange parties.

1. All Valentine's will be turned in to teachers on 2/8-2/9 and set aside to quarantine until they can be passed out on 2/12.

2. Students will not need to address Valentine's to specific students and may leave the TO: portion of the Valentine's blank. They are however encouraged to list who their store bought and individually packaged Valentine is FROM:.

3. No Valentine boxes will need to come from home. Each class will decorate a sack or Valentine envelope from supplies here at school. We know this one will be hard for some kids so please help us in making this a positive part of the experience.

4. Classes may choose to have a small party in conjunction with the Valentine's exchange. If you have something you would like to send or share with the classes please reach out to individual teachers. We will miss having parents come in to our rooms to execute our parties and welcome any other ways or ideas you may choose to celebrate with us!

As always call or email us for questions or clarifications! We want to help! (801) 423-2705

THANK YOU for your support and understanding as we work together to make our 2020-2021 school year a successful and memorable one! All the positive support and interactions mean the world to us as a Grizzly family.
