Mt. Loafer Elementary School helped National Geographic Kids magazine set the Guinness World Records® title for the most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period. To break the record, more than 20,000 people worldwide needed to complete one minute of jumping jacks in events occurring between 3 p.m. October 11, 2011 and 3 p.m. October 12, 2011. Let's Jump! is the National Geographic Kids movement to get kids outdoors and live an active, healthy life.  This event was organized by Miss Andrews, one of our third grade teachers.  Thank you, Miss Andrews.
